Tell us the problem
Start with a short conversation about what's taking too much time, costing money, frustrating customers, or falling through the cracks.
Workbuilt helps small businesses uncover missed follow-ups, repetitive work, manual processes, customer handoff problems, and operational bottlenecks — then tests a practical improvement and measures whether it actually worked.
Leads come in, but they don't always get followed up as quickly as they should.
Employees enter the same information in multiple places or repeat the same work.
Scheduling takes too many calls, texts, emails, reminders, or manual steps.
Customers or employees have to chase down updates because information isn't flowing smoothly.
Important tasks, leads, paperwork, or handoffs fall through the cracks when things get busy.
A GOOD FIT FOR BUSINESSES LIKE
The industry matters less than the problem. If people are holding the process together with calls, texts, spreadsheets, reminders, paperwork, or repeated manual work, there may be something worth improving.
You don't need to know whether the answer is automation, AI, software, or simply a better process. Start by showing us what isn't working the way you want it to.
If it's a good pilot candidate, we'll test the first small improvement at no charge. Larger implementation or continuing support would have a separate scope and price for you to approve.
Start with a short conversation about what's taking too much time, costing money, frustrating customers, or falling through the cracks.
We'll learn the current process, who is involved, what tools are used, and where the problem actually happens.
We'll identify the simplest practical change worth testing. No predetermined technology and no unnecessary rebuild.
We test the change in a controlled way so the business isn't betting on an unproven idea.
We compare the result to the baseline: time, errors, response, missed opportunities, customer experience, or another meaningful measure.
Workbuilt starts with the business problem, not a predetermined technology.
The answer might be a better process, automation, connecting systems you already use, new software, AI, or a combination of approaches.
The goal isn't to add technology.
The goal is to improve the business.
If technology doesn't make the problem better,
we won't recommend it.
I'm originally from Sweetwater in East Tennessee and now live in the Cookeville area near Gainesboro. After roughly 25 years working in IT, infrastructure, automation, and solving complex technical problems, I started Workbuilt to bring that experience directly to small businesses.
Workbuilt doesn't start by selling technology. I start by understanding what is taking too long, costing too much, frustrating employees or customers, or simply not working as well as it should. Then we determine whether there is a practical way to improve it and measure whether the improvement actually worked.
For the pilot program, you work directly with me from the first conversation through the result.
Tell Us Your ProblemEvery Workbuilt pilot starts with a baseline and ends with a comparison. We measure what actually changed instead of assuming a new tool or process helped.
As Workbuilt pilots are completed, real results and customer stories will be published here. No placeholder results and no inflated claims.
The first conversation is about understanding the problem, not selling you a package.
Nothing. If we identify a problem that's a good fit for the Workbuilt pilot, the first small improvement is evaluated and tested at no charge. Larger implementation or continuing support would have a separate scope and price for you to approve.
No. Workbuilt starts with the problem. The right answer may be a process change, something you already use, automation, AI, new software, or a combination.
Anything that repeatedly wastes staff time, causes missed follow-up, creates delays or mistakes, frustrates customers, or depends too heavily on someone remembering to do the next step.
We'll have a short conversation to understand the problem. If there's a promising opportunity, we'll document how it works today and decide together whether a small pilot makes sense.
We'll tell you. The goal is not to force every problem into a Workbuilt project. If we don't see a practical way to help, there's no obligation.
You do not need to know the solution. Use these guided questions or the short problem form, then submit your preferred option once. Both send your inquiry to Will for review and follow-up.

You don't need to know how to fix it. Tell us what's happening today and we'll determine whether there's a practical opportunity to improve it. Takes about 2 minutes. Use this short form or the guided questions; you only need to submit one option.
Tell us about one process, customer issue, repetitive task, follow-up problem, delay, or something that keeps falling through the cracks. We'll help determine what's causing it, whether it's worth fixing, and how to measure the result.
We're accepting a limited number of Cookeville-area businesses for a no-charge Workbuilt pilot.
