Terms of Service
Effective date: September 10, 2026
Acceptance of these terms
By using getworkbuilt.com or requesting Workbuilt services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through it.
Workbuilt services
Workbuilt helps businesses identify operational problems, document current processes, test practical improvements, and measure results. Specific services may include discovery, assessments, pilots, implementation support, process improvement, reporting, technical services, and related consulting.
No guaranteed outcome
Workbuilt does not guarantee a specific financial return, cost savings, revenue increase, timeline, search ranking, advertising result, or other business outcome unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise. Recommendations are based on available information and measured evidence where practical.
Information you provide
You are responsible for providing information that you are authorized to share and that is reasonably accurate. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, regulated health information, or other highly sensitive information unless Workbuilt has specifically agreed in writing to receive and protect that information for a defined purpose.
Connected services and Google APIs
If you authorize Workbuilt to connect to a third-party service such as Google, you remain responsible for your account and may revoke that authorization at any time. Workbuilt will use authorized access only for the service or workflow you requested and subject to applicable platform policies.
Website use
You may not use the website to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person or business, or use Workbuilt content or systems for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Workbuilt retains ownership of its website, methods, templates, software, internal tools, and general know-how. A customer's confidential business information remains the customer's information. Ownership of custom deliverables may be addressed in a separate written agreement.
Third-party services
Workbuilt may rely on third-party services, software, hosting, APIs, or platforms. Availability and performance of those services are outside Workbuilt's direct control and may be subject to separate terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workbuilt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services. Any additional limitations applicable to a paid engagement may be stated in the related written agreement.
Changes
These terms may be updated as Workbuilt's services evolve. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date when appropriate.
